Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery:

Feathers and Fern take pride in offering products that are handcrafted and made-to- order. Each product page clearly outlines the lead time, which we strive to keep as short as possible. Once your item is completed in our workshop, we’ll ensure it’s shipped to you within 24 hours. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest lead time. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, and the courier will keep you updated on your delivery date and time. Thank you for choosing us; we’re excited to send you your items. All products listed on our online shop are sent with DPD next working day delivery. Once we drop off your item with our courier, Feather and Fern are no longer liable for any delays or damages incurred. However, if any delays or damages are incurred, then please contact us and we will reach out to our courier to help understand what has happened.

International Delivery:

Shipping fees only apply to the UK mainland, for items that need shipping outside of this area, please contact us beforehand, and we will send you a competitive delivery quote and process your order manually.

Weekend Delivery:

If you require your item(s) to be delivered over the weekend then we can sometimes arrange a Saturday delivery, courier depending. If this is something you require then please contact us before placing your order and we will send you a competitive delivery quote and process your order manually.
