Returns & Refunds

For products bought from Feathers and Fern online shop:


Thank you for purchasing one of our handmade products. If you decide your item(s) is not suitable, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges if any). Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged in a fully resalable condition.


Customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery and we will refund the original credit card used for the purchase as soon as the item(s) have arrived back with Feathers and Fern. Please note: refunds can take up to 15 days to be received following receipt of the item(s).


If you are returning a product because it is faulty then please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) with photo evidence and a written description of the fault. Feathers and Fern will assess the fault and arrange for replacement or repair of the item(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. If your item(s) requires replacement then Feathers and Fern will arrange for the faulty item(s) to be returned and send a new item(s) to you as soon as is reasonably possible.


Customised items cannot be returned unless there is a clear fault with the product.
