Tulip Ceiling Light Shade Sycamore

This small sycamore ceiling pendant brings a gentle, warm glow to any space. the petals curl closely round the bulb, wrapping it in solid wood that the light diffuses through casting cosy shadows around your room. The sycamore timber is light enough for the bulb to shine through making the timber illuminate like the flame of a candle, giving the perfect homey feel for above a bedside table, a reading nook or to fill a high ceiling space.

Each pendant is individually handcrafted in my Staunton Harold workshop using tradition woodworking techniques. I shape every petal from a ribbon of solid sycamore that has been carefully folded to create flowing curves, all my timber is carefully selected to make sure it has the strength to last for many years while still keeping the delicate, minimalist look.
